D-bot Print Carriage for E3D Titan Aero V6 + Ciicooler + BL Touch

4/22/2017 Update! I have redesigned this to mount the Ciicooler from the rear carriage, and the BL Touch on the front left. This is better in almost every way! Now you only lose a little bit of X travel (about 15-20mm), can see the nozzle from the front, and the BL Touch is closer to the nozzle too. This requires a 20mm or shorter pancake stepper motor such as this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PNEQ79Q
