Number Plate Ikea Kallax Light

I upcycled my old german moped number plate by using it as a heatsink / mounting plate for a LED light mounted to an IKEA Kallax.

The LED is a sumbulbs 94x50mm 12V COB

I used a 12V power adapter but it run a little hot. Since I don't had a current limiter at hand I used a diode to drop the Voltage by 0.6V.
