I didn't like the amount of movement of the actual tensioner on the designs which make use of 3mm bolts so I designed this one with 8mm screws which push directly onto the X-carriage rods.
NOTE: If the bolt fits too loosely then adjust your extrusion % or upscale the bolt by 1%.
