Monoprice Maker Select v2 locking Filament Guide

Remix of the bigger Monoprice Maker Select v2 filament guide. This one locks onto the frame so it doesn't move around as easily.

Also, the flat part under the rotating guide is just a support I added because Cura kept messing mine up when I tried to print with the default supports. I can upload a version without it if anybody wants that. And you do still have to print with supports, but the supports build up from that piece to the bottom of the rotating guide.
