Tom's PRUSA Clone extruder body to fit MK8 gear and larger probe

Hey everyone, I made a printer along with Tom on his live stream series and I have made some changes to parts along the way to make things easier. First up I have changed the Prusa MK2 extruder body to better fit the MK8 clone drive gears.
