I found that the original threading was too tight for U.S. milk jugs (Maybe just regional? Dunno). So I remixed this one for threads every 3mm, fits milk jugs in my area now, Krogers, Walmart, Martins, etc.

You could just poke holes in the original lid, but this way I'm not playing with sharp objects :)

I only used supports for the outside, works perfect.
