This the Pokémon character Froakie. The original model is from ROE Studios at http://roestudios.co.uk/project/3d-pokemon-models/656-froakie/

I posed it and added a base that was remixed from Geoffro's "A Better Pikachu" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1729554). The base is needed otherwise Froakie will fall over backwards.
