QuickCalDelta - Quick to print Delta Calibration object

Designed as a quick to print (save plastic) alternative to delta calibration tools - use whilst you are dialling in and then use a full size one (such as http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:745523) when you are close to save on plastic.

Z (Gamma) axis has an extra alignment hole - blocks on top should be 60mm apart.
