N-Tangential Rotated Rods

This object started out as a means to create a test object for another project, but after realizing the difficulty of creating a modular tangential cylinders arranged such that all of them touch the next one for n =/= 4, I decided to program a more versatile object in case I ever needed to use it for something else.
