Portaberry Pi Ultra with Removable HDMI Port

See Original Portaberry Pi Ultra here for full instructions,***NEW HDMI INSERT UPLOADED!*** This version has an added External USB Port, and Removable HDMI Port. The only modified files are the "Portaberry_Pi_Ultra_Frame_Mod.stl" and "Larger_HDMI_Insert.stl". I haven't actually printed the final frame mod (just widened the hole on a previous mod with a knife)
