This will mount a square computer fan (40mm, but the scad file is easy to edit and the fan size is a variable, you can use all the way from 10mm to 200mm) to a round pipe (again, around 50mm as is, but the source is parametric).
There are 4 screw holes and 4 (optional) captive nut cavities for M3 screws (those are the screws used to secure HDD and motherboards, etc. But again, everything is parametric, and can be tweaked by editing the source or using the Customizer app.)
