Z-probe for Micromake D1

To enable better Z-probing on the Micromake D1 using the provided microswitch (minus the metal piece) without X/Y offset.

Using Z-height of 16.3 mm works for me.

I am using a 30mm M4 and two M4 nuts for locking. (Nylon nut or thread lock would would as well)

It is necessary to make the holes in the microswitch a bit bigger to fit the two 16mm M3's that came with the printer.
