divorced fan shroud for Hictop

because i did not like the way the extruder cooler was bolted up through so many parts i remixed this shroud to separate the fan from the extruder bolts. i added JST connectors to the fans so the entire shroud can be removed if you need to work on the hotend. Initially there was more airflow horizontally that caused the hotend to be over cooled when the fan was on. It cause temp failure errors and took a few days to figure out what was happening. I thought my control board was at fault. I b
