Tinkercad: Imported the Helping Hands with Mag base cut off magnet part, then took the base from Work bench helping hands base cut out the "threads" for the coolant pipes for the feet, imported the Adjustable phone tripod mount/stand made a few modifications...and what you see is the result

Print, get a strong rubber band for the back of the mount for clamping power of the phone holder jaws...insert phone, adjust legs...profit! :)
