Raspberry Pi Zero with Pimoroni USB Stem case

A case for a Raspberry Pi Zero with a [Pimoroni USB Stem](https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/zero-stem-usb-otg-connector) attachment. This is intended to be used with a male-female USB cable rather than plugged directly into a PC or Laptop. The hole in the top piece should align with the nylon screw next to the Zero's green LED so that you can easily see its status.
