NEMA 17 Bowden Motor Mount w/ 40 & 60mm Fan Mounts

Building on my previous bowden motor mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1436202), this new one mounts a 60mm fan on top while keeping the motor securely in place. I have also raised the motor about 10mm off the bottom to allow for bigger levers on extruders facing in any direction. It uses the same back bracket as my previous design.

Update 4/23: Added a 40mm fan mount version. I have not printed or tested this one but it should work perfectly fine.
