H8 Mini stick

Longer stick for the transmitter of the H8 Mini quad. Print two pieces and replace the existing sticks. Requires disassembling the Tx, jus two screws for the Tx and four screw for the PCB. At the same time it's a good idea to [add two resistor to slow the rotation speed](https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?2443584-H8-yaw-rate-transmitter-modification) as explained in RC Groups.
