Jet, E3D, 3dsolex Nozzle holder V3

small Update in V3 we can put also the Nozzle with 0,2 mm in and it is now flat on top.

Since the V1 of my nozzle holder (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1094235) there are now more nozzle sizes and varations avalable. So it was time for a newer version. Ths holder is made for holding the wrench from the "3dSolex Olsson Block" which is standard on the Ultimaker 2+ today.
