Ear clip for Sony VH110 Bluetooth Headset

I had this Sony Ericsson VH110 bluetooth headset for ages, but a year ago the clip that held it in place over the ear broke off. But with a 3D-printer at hand it's a simple matter of some image editing and 3d CAD to create a replacement.
The EarClip Small - file is the same size as the original headset clip, way to tight for me.
The EarClip Larger - file is scaled up 10% and fits me perfectly.
