Prusa i3 MK2 Filament Filter and Runout Sensor

Remixed a microswitch into the awesome dust filter designed by cocoknight for use with my Octoprint. I wanted something as small as possible, as close to the extruder as possible and wanted the integrated dust filter. Overall it was a fairly simple remix. I am going to need to print a different idler arm for the extruder as it was already very difficult to pull open and load filament with the filter, now this is a bit taller and will definately be even more difficult without an optimized idler a
