I modified original only slightly so that I can fit it on M150 and ramps1.4 + RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller (moved the SD card slot ). You will need either a sd card "extender" like http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1335637 or just use a piece of tape to extend your sd card so you can easily get it in/out.
