Turret gear with tighter tolerances for Heng Long Tiger I tank.

The turret of my Heng Long Tiger I 1:16 tank had a lot of play in it. I designed this gear to eliminate the play. The hole in the tank top isn't perfectly round, so if the new gear is too tight you can carefully sand the two flat areas, one on the left side and one on the right side of the hole in the tank body.
