CR-10 Y tensioner Version 2

This bracket is the same idea as the one by donnyb99 except for the v2 CR-10s that use the metal bracket on the Y axis. I updated the bracket, end cap, and puller. I did not design the knob, this is the same ones as in his design but I added it here for convenience.

This is version 2 of the bracket for the S4. This version is for those with a 10mm belt on the Y axis.
