Modified XY Idler

I was getting too much belt deterioration between the two flanged bearings. The bearing flanges are not far enough apart for a GT2 belt to freely fit in between.
This design opened up the bearing areas to allow an M3 washer to fit between the 2 flanged bearings. So far this has worked extremely well and the belts have not worn as much as they had previously.
The overall dimensions are the same. Uses the same length M3 as the original design.
