Spinner - with bearings and cap, balanced, no glue

Yet another spinner! :)

Everything has been designed for a tight fit with bearings, no glue is necessary (caps also fit snugly). There's no rubbing plastic on plastic for caps, and spinner runs smoothly, quietly and for a long time.

There are two versions available:
- One with side walls, for more of a triangular look - this one requires supports, as the walls are slightly more narrow than the bearing sockets
- One without side walls - easier and faster to print, and can be preferred by
