Pillow Block X-ends for 3/8

Here are the new AO pillow block x-ends for 3/8" ACME thread we are using on the AO-100 MendelMax variant.

These x-ends use the same 8mm pillow block bushings from Igus but has been updated for 3/8" ACME lead screw. The clamps also have holes for mounting a mechanical end-stop.
