MendelMax AC/DC Power Panel

This is just a very basic panel for an AC plug and DC jack. The AC plug is from an old power supply but i imagine is very common. The DC Jack is a 2.5mm jack from radioshack.

I use the AC Plug to power my SSR/Silicone Bed while the DC jack powers my electronics.
