Lower clamp for swing-arm lamps

This is the lower part of the screw clamp mechanism for the ubiquitous clamp-on swing-arm desk lamps.

You know the piece: it's the one that breaks. This replacement is built thicker and beefier than the original. Hole is sized for 8mm / 3/8" which seems to be the standard.
