Just print out all the parts. First, hammer the green stuff into the purple body. Then insert the holder thing into the square (so the extrusion is facing down as in the picture). Then insert it into the cone shaped thing. (I superglued it in there afterwards.)
The cone is supposed to be grey, but it's blue because I didn't have that color.
Also there is supposed to be a design on the cone, but it was too complex.
