Spool Holder for Adafruit Copper Foil Tape #1128

I bought a roll of 1/4"/6mm [**copper tape**](https://www.adafruit.com/product/1128) from Adafruit. The problem was that in trying to use it, the tape had a tendency to turn into a large-scale copper Brillo(R) pad. A mess. So I designed a holder for the tape to keep this from happening.
