Da Vinci 1.0 E3d Titan + V6 Direct Drive "Coyote" Carriage v2

Alternative carriage for the XYZ Printing Da Vinci 1.0 (mine is a 1.0A) printer using an E3D Titan extruder with an E3D v6 hotend.
Directions:
- Print using ABS or another high-temperature-tolerant plastic at high infill (40%+) (it's designed to print on its side with the motor mounts on the bed-side and does require supports). I used eSUN PETG.
- assemble carriage + stepper + extruder + hotend
- Remove bushings from the Da Vinci factory carriage
- Remove linear rails from the Da Vinci Y-
