a universal phone mount

looked for a camera mount that looked good without having to go buy stuff. had some 1/4 steel tubing, but rod will do ok too. there are little stoppers for the hydraulic tubing.

one part is for a rubber band, the other is for m4 screws and a spring. you need two of each part, which ever you decide.
