5.8 GHz Pagoda Antenna Shell

Shell for a 5.8 GHz 'pagoda' type antenna (by Maarten Baert). Tested with an antenna built from a Farview kit, fits nicely. The two halves can be glued, or just use 30mm (or larger) heat shrink to hold them together.

This is improved over the design of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2256710 by adding more wall strength around the 2 large antenna PCBs, making it easier to print.
