ANET A8 Z Endstop fine adjustment (remix for RAMPS 1.4 endstops)

Needed to adjust the holes to screw the endstop onto the bracket because I've had to swap my stock motherboard for a RAMPS 1.4 board, which comes with different endstops. I also used a slightly bigger screw, as I couldn't find an M3 long enough. But this is a totally genius idea; makes adjusting the Z endstop a trivial affair! Thank you!
