Prusa rework 1.5 adapatations for Prometheus dual print system

In order to mount the prometheus system for dual print from distech (https://www.distechautomation.com) on my prusa 1.5 rework (https://www.reprap-france.com/produit/1234568399-prusa-i3-rework-1-5), I had to create a few pieces.
The Hot-end support can accommodate the magnetic z-sensor.
