3030 Light bracket for Prusa MK2(S)

This is a Z top rod holder for anyone who has upgraded their Prusa MK2 to a 3030 frame. The threaded rod opening has been widened so that the rod doesn't vibrate and create noise. The main point of this upgrade is an integrated light holder with wire routing, and holes to zip tie the wire in place.
