Atom smooth filament holder refit

Keep Atom original filament holder base but use bolt and cone to replace the extension spring and top bar.
Fit for filament spool which center hole diameter between 26mm ~ 80mm

For those hole diameter > 70mm, suggest to reverse cone (refer to 3rd photo)

* Right side bolt and cone have reversed thread.
