Anet A8 - Power Supply Case

I moved my PowerPanel-LCD to the front and so i remixed this case :
- added bottom plate for more safety
- deleted left holder which is not nesessary
- improved the holding of the IEC socket and made it more flexibel
- changed hole for cables to circle for better printing without supports
