Snoot tube for Sea & Sea YS-D1 / YS-D2

In the original design, the threaded bosses are separate from the main body, such that once fabricated they fall off with minimal effort. In short when the original strobe cup body's STL is viewed in a 3D viewer, "daylight" is seen between the boss and the flat surface.

Used blender to move the wall over to form a solid object with respect to the threaded boss.

The remaining tube and aperture adapters are unmodified.
