Boating handrail hanger peg

This is the more robust version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:225606.
A peg to hang clothes on a handrail inside a boat.
It needs the spring from a regular commercially available clothes peg.
See the picture above for easy assembly of the parts.

One version, without the part thats avoids shearing needs support to print, the other not.
