40 mm fan guard industrial look

Another remix of a thing I found here and never found again to give the designer his well deserved credit. The original file name was 60mm_fan_guard_industrial_look.
I simply shrunk it to 40 mm and cut the base plate down to 3 mm.
It is a fan guard that doesn´t produce additional noise to the airflow.
