Beach umbrella and chair VELCRO coupler

My beach umbrella and chair were made of smaller diameter tubing than the original.
22mm for both umbrella and the chair.

I also wanted a means of affixing velcro to it to guarantee it wouldn't fall out.

Velcro holes are 14 x 3mm to suit 12mm velcro

I've also made an extended version to clear the bits on the side of some chairs.
