This part is intended for holding the speed controllers (ESCs) and water-proof receiver box in place on an electric mountain board.
The setup of the eMTB is quite standard (Trampa Holypro 35), Hobbywing MAX6 ESCs, and a receiver box (Traxxas 5624).
The most clean builds with these parts use a CNC shaped carbon plate for fitting the parts (https://goo.gl/CbELqQ), but it is quite expensive and has no dumping for the ESCs.
The idea here is to use velcro for the actual mounting of the parts
