I just add a knob to the x belt tensioner from kennethjiang

It can hold a M3 nut to fix the knob. I glued it with super glue, but i think its not necessary.
The design is now the same as the Y-belt tensioner from Photograaf16 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1959208
