Adapter Redesign for neilmig's LulzBot Mini Spool Holder

The adapter portion from neilmig's original design wouldn't work me for two reasons:
1. It required two longer M5 bolts than what came with the Lulzbot Mini
2. The original hole for the 5/16" all-thread was too small; and the slant on the side was difficult to use a nut for reinforcement
In this re-mix I addressed both points. The 5/16" will now thread through with ample tension but I still used a nut at the end for additional bind. You can now re-use the factory M5 bolts (at least from
