K8200 better Z axis adjustment

A new screw holder supporting the adjustment screw much better than the original holder.

This is necessary if you want to replace the second nut and the toothed washer with a small spring.

Designed to work with the original screws. You will only need one small spring. ( Spring from a pen should do it )
