MKS Board Offset for 2020 aluminum extrusion (originally for tevo tarantula)

I didn't want the board offset by too much, and darknz' offset was too large for my taste. I made this one a bit smaller, it has enough clearance for the X axis motor and gets the board out of the way if you have a Radial Fan Fang by Lion4H :)
