Print as shown...no support needed...recommend at least 4-5 shells (say 2 or more mm thick on the shell) and over 50% infill
Layer strength will now be perpendicular to the stresses of the hooks...it will solve the problem of layer separation on the hooks and result in MUCH stronger mounts
