T-Motor F30 motormount vibration dampeners

Motor softmounts for T-Motor F30 motors. They have specific bottom profile, so wide-and-thick motormounts won't work (or are heavy), also cutout in middle is big - "universal" motormounts may get in c-clip way.
Designed to be very light, so follows motor bottom dimensions.
Top (motor-side) plate is 1.4mm and follows motor bottom profile
Bottom side covers mid-hole, is 1mm thickness and wider profile around bolts.
