E3D V6 Fan + E3D V6 cooling fan

You will have to glue the 40mm fan adaptor with the E3D fan mount first. You can also print it all at once with the original design : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1906208

Then, I've created an adaptor for E3D fan to glue over the 40mm fan adaptor to be able to put another E3D fan ( instead of 40mm fan) since I had only E3D fan
